Have so much trouble to get test results the staff don't give tests to doctor to review and call patient with results also staff is not nice at all to women only men

While the nurses and doctors are a friendly staff, it is next to impossible to call and schedule an appointment or ask a question. I eventually changed my children to a different pediatrician because it was so frustrating that every time I called this office I sat on hold for AT LEAST 20 minutes before finally getting a live person. I don't have time for that.
