Provided by YP.comMy husband & I had a king size bed and a balcony overlooking the river. What a beautiful view! The bed & pillows were very comfortable. There is a very comfortable chair in the corner of the room and a flat screen tv on the wall. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave. The room was clean and had no odors. We were in a barrier free room (handicapped) so we did have a bathtub, but the shower head was so low it only came up to our chests! There was also a hand held shower head, but the water pressure was very low making it very difficult to wash our hair.
My husband had the breakfast buffet at Oma's restaurant was terrible. Not much of a selection and the food was not very good. It was way overpriced! I ordered 2 eggs, toast and ham (only got one small slice). It was good but very expensive.
The pizza at the Ratskellar (in the family fun center) is very good!
The adult pool and hot tub are very nice. The Waterfall pool is nice and secluded, but very shallow. Not good for adult swimming. Not a good place for smokers. No smoking on the balcony and you have to go outside and cross over to the parking lot to designated smoking areas. This hotel is beautifully landscaped and there is a park nearby and plenty of shopping!
We stayed on a Sunday night when it was a little less expensive ($145+). Saturday night would have been $195+. Very expensive but a nice treat once and a while.

Provided by YP.comWe have stayed overnight at the Bavarian Inn Lodge as a family with 3 generations and also come back as a couple get-a-way without the kids. The Lodge is awesome for either. They have five indoor pools. One is for adults only (with an accompanying hot tub) so there is no cannon ball kids jumping over you. The other 4 pools are for family play time. The Family Fun Center houses these 4 pools plus over a hundred video games (my son counted them!) and indoor miniature golf which is Bavarian theme, of course.
They have family suites that sleep 6 easy, whirlpool suites for that couple get-a-way and mostly well appointed rooms with two double beds. All rooms are named after a local family. The family history are in the guestrooms of that family with pictures of their settelers from the area.
The Lodge has entertainment every night and has two lounge areas. One does karaoke for the family and even little kids on weekends. Lots of TV's for sports activities to watch in their Ratskeller and the list goes on...
Oh yes, there is a free shuttle accross the covered bridge to the famous Bavarian Inn Restaurant where they serve platters of their golden brown frankenmuth chicken. They serve thousands of people every week!
The prices are reasonable, there is a loyalty club to get deals and the staff are like family after you stay a few times. Don't hesitate to try this place! We are back every year!
