Furniture does not wear well. There have been 3 different managers since we purchased furniture from them in the last six months. HORRIBLE customer service.....from the sales people all the way to the owner. All they do is give you the run around and do not uphold manufacturers warranties. Do NOT buy furniture from this store! But....they will take your furniture to the delivery guys wood shop in his garage to fix! Really?!? Not what you would expect from a supposedly reputable store. Purchased an additional warranty for furniture protection. They never gave us the warranty and are not refunding our money. It's sad when you have to contact the Better Business Bureau and seek legal advice to get the products and services you are paying good money for! Buyer beware!!!!!

I walked into Fenton Home Furnishings the first thing I saw was the owner in a employees face yelling and degrading the employee, I left immediatly. I found the same thing i saw at this store at ArtSample for a lot cheaper price. Its a rip off store!!! I would never do business with them.
