Absolutely the worst place you can possibly go to.

The care is terrible, and diagnosis is just awful. I had bone on bone rubbing together, no offer of help in or out of the office, gave me a low dose cortisone shot and some weak antibiotics sent me on my way. No X-ray, no nothing. I feel when I got home I feel because I couldn't walk, couldn't walk when there either. Just said I had a pinched nerve and I'll be fine. Right....another doctor at a far better facility diagnosed it after Xray as 2 blown disc's.,..one leaking, they think, but MRI is scheduled.....Now why didn't the staff at this Medexpress do this? I seen Jamie Schwartz (NP) which out right told me in a rude way " you have less than 5 minutes to tell me your medical history so I can make a diagnosis".....really??? what a joke...I hear thru attorneys that they have many that are complaining and want to shut that place down....I favor that as well.

Absolute worst care ever received! Was given an antibiotic for a bacterial infection, which after speaking with my GP, is a viral infection. Waited over 50 minutes to be seen for 3 minutes. She came into the room with a post-it & nothing else. Waste of time for sure!!

Went there last Saturday at around noon..Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were nothing but pleasant. Total time there was alittle under an hour, with 3 people before me....Thanks to you all...

My 18 month old came down with a fever and a horrible sounding cough this morning, i understand it being Christmas and all, but the hours of operation said that the Frankenmuth office was open. I drove twent five minutes to get there from the Mayville area and the whole building was locked! I suggest updating Holiday hours so that more people don't go through what i did.

I recently sought treatment here for a sore throat and tested positive for strep throat. Other than the hour wait to be seen, which I really did expect, I was satisfied with my experience. Dr. Bersalona was very informative and pleasant. Thirty hours later I was back again with my grandson who in my care for the week. He too tested positive for strep after another hour wait for him to be seen (actually I was prepared for an even longer wait than that by the number of people in the waiting area). Once again it was a satisfactory experience, with Dr Davidson being very upbeat and good with my young grandson. After each visit, the antibiotic script was already in progress when I directly to the pharmacy to pick them up. If they could shave some time off the time we had to wait to be seen, I'd give them a 5 star rating. In their defense, I do realize I'd have had a waiting period in my family physicians office too had they been open at the time I needed treatment.

I would suggest never going to med express in Frankenmuth they have this nurse practitioner there that does not know what she is doing!!!!!!! I went there about 6 Months ago and my strep test came out positive and she didnt give me any antibiotics and tried to send me to the ER. I then went to my family doctor, where they gave me antibiotics, which was all i really needed. I had to pay double for my visit to med-express !!!! Today I took my daughter there and she would not even sign her sports physical because of her heart murmur, which has never been a problem in the past. I think that they should have only real doctors working that actually know what they are doing!! I was very disappointed with my experience.

NEVER GO HERE! First I went he...

NEVER GO HERE! First I went here like 10 years ago for a hurt finger from a softball game. I could not move my finger so they gave me a splint and said nothing was wrong. Come to find out it was stuck like that a week later so I went to my family doctor who had to send me to a bone specialist because my finger was broke in two places and it healed bent like it was so they had to numb me and re break it back. (painful). It is still a little bent from their mistake.

Then I had to write the company the last time I was there, a few months ago. The doctor came in and put gloves on. Then he wipedhis nose with his wrist, so there glove was wet with snot. Then the doctor was texting while in the room with me. He had his gloves on while texting and I had to ask him to change them before he touched me. The funny thing is I got asked not to text in the office by the assistant. His b*** was hanging out of his pants literately. He insisted on giving me a prego test even though I knew I was not prego and when he told me it was negative I said I knew that. He then asked to check me for something I knew I did not have and so I said no. He then said, "well if you will not let me check at least let me treat you and gave me medicine. I did not take this medicine and showed my family doctor who then told me this would have made me sick and put me in bed for 3 days.

I said I would never go back but of course I always need something when my family doctor is closed. Now I just leave there and told them I was not coming in if I was going to get bad service. I waited for 2 hrs for them to tell me I have a cold and to take Tylenol. Really because I am pretty sure I have been sick so much that I can diagnose myself and I know I have a cold; a virus! This means I need a z pac or antibiotic. He said this wont help, your family doctor does not know what she is talking about. he kept saying that's a lye. I left without letting him finish talk to me and said politely thanks for wasting my time and then just walked out.
