I've never seen a company fight so hard not to provide a service they offer. To be clear no complaints when they follow through and clean your garments. However, she fights to take days to clean your clothes even though they provide same day service. I drove 35-45 minutes to drop my clothes off at her cleaners and every time regardless if I ask for same day or next day service she's fighting for more time. Shocking since before my first trip there I explained I'm on a short timeline and would find another cleaner if she can't have a quick turnaround.

If you're looking for same day service steer clear of this place. Definitely an overpriced cleaner for the services provided.

I was near Frankfort for a business trip a few weeks ago and went to Campus Cleaners based on my aunt's recommendation. She raves about Helen's alterations and only goes to Campus for tailoring. I needed an evening dress altered last minute for a work event and she did such a great job on super short notice. I also had a white suit dry cleaned while I was there and I was able to get it back the next day looking great! Highly recommend Campus Cleaners and Helen especially for any tailoring / dry cleaning.. they will do a great job!

I brought in a pair of dress trousers to have the waist taken in. The woman who owns the business measured them, but didn't mark the seat of the pants to be taken in as well. I worked in a suit store for years and am well versed in marking tailored menswear for alterations. When I picked them up, I discovered that although the waist fit, the seat was very baggy and looked terrible. I politely attempted to have the problem remedied, and the woman was very rude and impatient, who told me in broken English that she didn't want to waste her time.



Well, I wear dress shirts and pants to my office 6 days a week, and I used to have all of my cleaning and pressing done here. After this awful experience, I will no longer be "wasting her time" by bringing her any more of my continued business.
