Anyone reading this know you have been warned. Diane will say or do anything to get you to buy/keep a policy - but she is most likely lying to you. I have been a policy holder for 15+ years, but when I needed Diane & State Farm's assistance they were not very good neighboors. (1) A woman backed into my husband and turned out she did not have insurance. Instead of pursuing her for the damages, State Farm just raised our premoums. (2) My son was involved in an accident and without even speaking to my son determined that it was his fault and payed all damages to the other driver who was actually at fault. (3) A girl made a left hand turn in front of my son. The car was towed and he needed items that were in his car. Because the other insurance carrier was dragging their feet, State Farm paid the $75.00 towing bill so my son could have access to his car. Then they dropped him for filing the claim. And worse of all (4) my daughter was a pedestrian crossing a road when a woman, racing the yellow light hit her and almost killed her. Next thing I know, without even contacting us, State Farm paid for all the damages to her car. State Farm is good if your the other guy, because they will pay for your damages if if you are at fault, but forget about any assistance for the policy holder
