Steve helped trouble- shoot my furnace. My furnace was 29 years old. Steve won't sell you something you don't need. I just had Steve install a new Trane. I'm looking to being comfortable this winter. Reputable group, highly recommend.

Steve was extremely fast in fixing my water heater, he was at my house with in 1 hour. One of the nicest people I have ever dealt with!

Steve serviced our heating & cooling needs and & years ago installed a new Trane unit. He did a great job and has always been very professional. We are moving out of state too bad we can't take him with.

came home from work to find that our heat was not working on a day that was below 0 - we looked in the phone book and found Frankfort Residential heating and air conditioning and called for service. The gentleman, Steve, who came out was so professional. Came out within an hour or so and fixed our heat. On a Friday evening at 8:00pm - we certainly expected a hefty bill. This is not what happened. The service call was a fair price and the part he replaced was $10. That's it!!! My husband who owns a Restaurant and Catering business tried to give Steve a tip and he would not accept the tip. Frankfort Residential is my new, permanent heating and air conditioning company. I have the number in my personal phone book and if I ever need service again this will be the first person I call. We highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.

Steve, the owner of Frankfort Residential is a wonderful businessman and always provides excellent service for my heater and air conditioner. I have been doing business with Frankfort Residential for twenty-five years. His Father, Larry created the business and Steve has carried on his quality workmanship.

We called Frankfort Residential to replace both our AC Unit and our Furnace. We are extremely pleased with the work that was performed. Steve did an excellent job with installing both units. Woke up this morning with the house at 57'degrees F EMERGENCY with Furnace out ( no power failure) An overnight storm left 8 inches of fresh snow outside. Called Frankfort Residential for help. Steve talked me thru several troubleshooting steps which got my furnace working ! ! I certainly would have been willing to pay any reasonable price to have my heat restored. With Steve's helpful knowledge I fixed my furnace for NO CHARGE . I will have all my future preventative maintainance and repairs done by Frankfort Residential. It was so lucky for me to find professional honest help when I needed it most !!!

Steve's work is excellent and clean and neat. Responds quickly for problems. Prices are fair.

My 27 year old furnace gave out in the middle of the Jan 2014 Polar Vortex. Steve came out quickly, he brought the part I needed with him and had my heat back on in a matter of minutes. He was courteous and professional and his prices were very reasonable. I called Frankfort Residential Heating and Cooling on the recommendation of a neighbor and I would certainly recommend them to others!

It's been a brutal winter in Chicagoland. Today, came home to no heat, house was 57 degrees and it was 3:30. I figured I'd never get someone to come out today. Called Steve at Frankfort Residential. He was here in 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue and had it fixed in about 15. Won't use anybody else again! Great company!!!! Great job!!!! Thank you Steve!!

Steve from Frankfort Residential has been to our house many times. Several times it was for an outage at the worst possible moment (very cold temperatures) - he was amazingly prompt (next morning) and was very reasonably priced. Most importantly, was his customer service. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and fair priced. Bottom-line for me, my wife feels very comfortable having him in the house. Regarding his service, if I asked him to try and fix our 25+ year old furnace, he would, but would always advise me of the most economical solution (i.e. it is time to replace it). Most recently, the furnace went out again, and I asked him to replace it. I was hesitant because of the possible cost, but Steve gave me several high quality have been highly satisfied. He is an outstanding heating/ac options with different price levels. He worked the installation schedule around our schedule and the weather conditions. The furnace hqs been in or a few weeks and we professional and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend him to anyone. I am very highly satisfied with Steve and Frankfort Residential.

Frankfort Residential is a family owned business. You will get the kind of treatment your parents used to get "in the old days". I am a woman living alone and can easily be taken advantage of in the home repair arena. Steve, the owner, is extremely knowledgable, honest, and reliable. I was told by a huge HVAC company that I needed $2,194.00 in repairs on my furnace OR to replace it for $4,290. I was overwhelmed and decided to get another opinion from Steve, who had installed an air conditioner for me 2 years prior. I made a HUGE mistake not calling him first. The furnace was fixed for $440! I would recommend this company whole heartedly to anyone, but especially ladies who are on their own. They will do excellent work for a reasonable price and you can trust what they tell you!

I lost heat in my house on December 20 2013. I called several places to help fix. Only ONE came out to fix and did the job RIGHT!!! I thank GOD for him...His name is Steven and he got heat in the house immediately..he had the part right in his truck, took out the old part and got it started for me....wont ever call anyone else again. Thanks Steven. Very reliable and VERY honest.

We have used Frankfort Residential for many years. They have been here when our air went out on the hottest days and got our old furnace working on the coldest days! We can always count on them. They are reliable and honest. We are very lucky to have found them!

On one of the coldest days of the year our furnace went out and our friend and repairman was out of town. We called Frankfort Residential and immediately they responded. The rates were very reasonable. The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable of the equipment. Within 30 minutes the broken part was replaced and we had heat. We highly recommend this company.
