Ok First I called there office and I got the girl in the office Kelly. ( who I find out later is the owners daughter) She took my information and told me that someone would call me back in a half hour. About ten Minutes later Nick calls back. ( Nick is the owner son in law) We go over the details of the lift ,weight , size , how far it has to go. We set a date and time. They arrive ON TIME with a 60 ton Grove and 40 Terex. They have a truck with the counter weights. They hold a PreJob Brief. VERY PROFESSIONAL and SAFETY CONSCIOUS. They set up the 60 ton, tossed on the counter weights. Did the job Quickly and very effciently with a lot of Drama. Great work ETHICS from the whole Quality Crane Team! I find that the family owned company is just an exellent group to work with and will go the extra mile to assist you. I would PERSONALLY recommend them to anyone! they are ALWAYS MY FIRST choice!
