I've been a customer since 1999. In July 2016, I had made reservations to bored my dogs. Jan asked to send a deposit of $200.00. I had to cancel my reservation because I was in the hospital for two weeks. Jan refused to refund the deposit.

If you want to leave your pet with someone that treats your dog like their own then this is the place to go! The owner is wonderful with the dogs and she treats then amazingly. You can tell that she is an animal lover at heart and is in this business for the animals. I highly recommend this kennel to anyone that wants to leave their pets with a loving, caring person.

I have been taking my two Italian Greyhounds there for years. They are normally very shy around people, but the minute we turn into the driveway, they are both so excited that they jump all over and squeal with delight. I had the misfortune of having to go away on the 4th of July (Wag's n Tails is closed that week) and boarded them elsewhere for 2-nights. They wouldn't eat and tried to run away several times. Needless to say - they will never be back there again. When I leave them at Wag's n Tails-I never have to worry. They usually stay for 10-days and sometimes I think they would rather stay there than come home, which is a relief for me because I know that they are being treated extremely well. I would recommend this resort to anyone who loves their pet - you won't be sorry. They are treated like royalty.

We have taken our dog to this facility for 5 years and he loves it. He is never sick after his stay and when we pull into the facility he becomes very excited--not afraid--to be back.
