You will NOT find a better plumber in this town. We have lived in the same old house for 25 years and have used a well known plumbing business here and after receiving an estimate from them I decided to get a second estimate with Next Generation. Not only were they half the price but they were twice as good. They are truly perfectionists in all aspects. What would have been a very difficult job as I was told by another plumber, they did it fast and perfectly.

I had problems with my hot water heater which Next Generation Plumbing repaired in the least costly way possible. To begin with, access to the heater was compromised during a remodel of my condo, and just getting to it was presenting major problems. Staff of one local plumbing company told me they would be glad to repair the hot water heater once I HAD PROVIDED ACCESS. Chris and his crew came in late on a Thursday afternoon, managed to access the heater with the least damage to my walls and cabinetry, repaired the hot water heater, put items back in the cabinets, cleaned up the mess, and were gone before I got home from work. AND I HAD HOT WATER! I would recommend Chris and Next Generation to friends and family and definitely will use them again if I have any plumbing problems.

I was facing a dilemma with a water heater that could have been very expensive or a very reasonable job dependent upon what was found when they finally got to the heater, the access to which was compromised during a remodel. Next Generation was recommended to me by my condo manager, who had utilized the company for his units. I always fear that a repair services will try to take advantage of this divorced, 57-yr old grandmother. But, instead of trying to get the most money out of me, Next Generation solved the problem the most inexpensive way. Chris and his crew of William, Bobby, and James came in late in the afternoon, managed to access my hot water heater with the least amount of damage to walls and cabinetry, cleaned up the mess, and were gone before I even got home. Hooray, hot water! I would recommend Next Generation to anyone and plan to use them myself again when needed. Courteous, competent, and reasonable is how best to describe Next Generation Plumbing.

They were efficient, courteous, clean, and affordable. I will use them again and recommend them.
