9/27/14 lost all service, waited a couple of hours waiting to see if it would come back on (this happens from time to time) finally called on my cell, took 4 to 5 hrs, to get fixed.Next day 9/28 phone service went out, called on my cell again, they were able to fix it on line by resetting it. 9/29 third day in a row, no service again tv,internet and phone, wife had my cell so I drove to their office and explained everything that has been happening. The girl checked and said that they were working on lines in the neighborhood and had service shut off. I told her it would have beed nice to let me know before they did this, since I had all this trouble, she said they would probably come around and tell me service is back on ( NO they didn't ) I explained everything again and told her I didn't know when it's on, but when you are turning it off

Provided by YPmobileWe at geekedupgaming have been very happy with the internet and tv. But when i loss my job i was unable to pay the account balance i had let it be shut off. So the fees came in of coyrse. No problem ill pay a reconnect fee and continue my buisness. WRONG i had to pay the fees for late diconnect and reconnect. But reconnect is not the roght term. When starting a new account we were forced to return the equipmwnt along with fees being paid. Instead of just paying fees and reactivating we. So im now sitting another week before getting equipment and internet. I have to say awesome power and speed but not one person could offer customer service. Why make me start a new account and wait for equipment when i have the equipment. Make me move me intire office just to get your gear out of my building and get new gear iinstalled. Which ill be installing myself . Im sure there wil be an install fee which i wont be paying. Also sitting in the office for about 2hrs just for you to start a new account is just a waste.
