My Husband went after Breakfast for us this Morning. My Order was Chicken Melt Plate comes with Hashbrowns. When he came home with our Order, there was a Chicken Patty and a Dab of Hashbrowns on my Plate, needless to say it was not what was ordered! Chicken Melt Plate is fixed like a Sandwich with Cheese, obviously that's why it is called a Melt. I was very disappointed with my Order and called the Place, I was told my Husband just ordered Chicken Patty, NOT true! We never just order Chicken Patty! Also no Excuse for that Dab of Hashbrowns! I was very disappointed needless to say. The To go Orders get mixed up too many times and I do not appreciate that! Also with the To Go Orders you never know what you get, it's always a Surprise and often not a good one! There have been times they just forget an Item, the Quantity of a side dish also is always different, never the same, very annoying say the least!
