Provided by SuperpagesI ordered a new prescription from Medco on Dec.29, 2011, I was informed the cost would be $50.00. I received a e-mail order receipt indicating the order was placed. On Jan,7,2012 I was informed A new order was being created and the order date changed to Jan. 7,2012 thereby changing the price to $250.00. To day is Jan 24 and I am still awaiting my prescription ( Four(4) weeks later.

Provided by SuperpagesMedco does have its advantages during the winter. At the same token; if, something is amiss. The consumer is (pardon the expression) screwed! Customer service is ill-equipped to remedy the situation immediately. My personal opinion. Medco is a monopoly, along with the pharmaceutical corporations. When patients/consumer/taxpayers do not have alternative options. Then, what does that make the United States government?

Provided by SuperpagesWe have been receiving our prescriptions from Medco for several years now, however, there often seem to be a problem with its billing (AR Dept.), especially debited our Debit Card without any prior authorization. Instead of sending shipments via UPS Standard Overnight, several times they have been sending it via UPS Ground and the Us Post Office. Best way to get things straightened out is to contacct the Executive Office at th4e above address.
