My daughter had an excellent experience at East Coast Driving School. She loved the classroom instructors (Joe & Peter) and looked forward to her hours with their instructors. We saw a noticeable difference in her driving as she progressed, she is now a very defensive driver who is always watching the road! We will be sending our son through ECDS in two years, they are that good. Thanks!

East Coast is a wonderful school. The staff are mainly State Police or Police who know the law and pass it on to the students. The classes were informative. booking road lessons was not a problem. They should be done over a period of weeks so the student has time to practice the skills they learned. The school will not book more than one in a week which is good. I could see the confidence level go up after each lesson. My daughter wanted to drive and became better each week. The difference between week one of her permit and month 6 is amazing. She is now a very good driver with knowledge and skill, going for her license. Don't do the driving all at once, or too early, space it out as East Coast believes it will help your child.

The school is booking about a month out, but the overall experience was very educational for my daughter. All of the drivers are are retired law enforcement, so they are legitimate and know all the rules of the road. They take the time to get to know your son/daughter, and remember what he/she needs to work on. The office staff will now call you back within 24 hours, excpet for on the weekends, which is understandable. That is much more than the other local driving schools will say.

I am unhappy with this driving school. Extremely difficult to schedule driving hours for my kids. Literally I have to beg for a driving lesson. Call and call again because they are already booked well ahead and their schedule is not open for the following months. I have the feeling that this driving school is overextending itself and makes commitment which cannot be kept without frustrating their clients. Their office location is convenient in downtown Franklin, most of their driving instructors are skilled and kind but again if you are unable to schedule lessons with them it is worthless. Find another more established, reputable driving school. Really.
