Provided by YP.comEverytime I have items shipped to me in upstate New York from other parts of the country & they end up being routed through Franklin, MA I cringe because when I track my packages I find they sit in that facility for DAYS before coming on to me at 12885 zip code. I don't understand this & it's very aggravating!
