I really love this place but the service they have been having in the past 3 months or so is horrible. They have this young man who basically has no clue what he's doing or why he is there. If you request anything besides coffee he will get confused and lost and will just say - umm , no we don't have it at the moment. There are three kinds of scones in front of him and he will not be able to tell you the flavor for the life of him! He is also very rude, thank you is definitely not in his vocabulary. Like i previously states, I have been coming to this place for years, I live in Franklin and this is just plain disappointing. Please do something about your staff and bring back the good and respectful people you always had working here.
