Great service and a great car for a month. We appreciate that Enterprise has a presence in a small town in a rural area. Often we rent in Asheville but can return the car here or get help if needed.

The guys at Enterprise in Franklin are great! A few weeks ago I rented a car from Enterprise in Greenville SC when my vehicle broke down in that area while working. I returned the rental to the Franklin store and the guys here took the drop off quickly and were very nice. I returned to the same Franklin location last week to rent another vehicle and received the same great customer service. I plan on using them again next week and expect the same great service.

I have rented from this Enterprise for several years. I continue to rent from this particular Enterprise because of the professional care given by its personnel. They make me feel like I am family from the minute I walk in the door. Their vehicles are always clean and well maintained so you do not have any issues when you drive off the lot.

This is a wonderful, helpful team of Enterprise employees who go out of their way to make sure the customer is treated well. Very friendly and accommodating with vehicle choice and upgrades when appropriate. This is a small rural community, but the service and professionalism is what you would expect from a larger office and staff.
