Provided by YP.comI began using this shop in August of 2014 when I moved to town. We have spent ALOT of money here, including 4 new tires. I was always ok with paying a little more because I could get in and out. Well, $700 more later, I am here to tell you, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! We went to see them over a month ago, with what we thought might be battery connector problems. My husband specifically showed them this problem twice, they fiddled with it, called it fixed, and sent us on our way. Every morning, we were still having to jump our car off. Eventually, it stopped starting. For a week, we waited for their service call. We have already explained several times, we are low on money, this is our only car, I am pregnant with a 5 yr to boot. We were being patient because we trusted them. Well, the guy trying to help us goes on vacation, the owner, ha!, she won't offer a housecall, nor acknowledge that I am asking to pay for one, as it is part of their "service". I call her at 8 AM one morning, tell her I will find a way to get my car there today. I finally get it there about 3 or 4, oh, she sent the guy home that needed to look at my car because they were slow....WOW. I waited a week while they were busy, shes knows I am stranded at 8AM, I am willing to pay for this service, whatever the price, but THEN she charges me $85 for an hour of labor, because she had two guys who didn't know what they were doing looking at it?! She has under quoted me twice since August of last year. Needless to say, she marked up a part 58%, they had to replace it again a week later....the very next day, my car didn't start again! I call her, she says, "Well, you are just gonna have to wait!" At this point, I have gone 2 weeks without my car, depending on them, paid them $700, had to take the car back a week later, still doesn't work....but I need to chill, right?! 3 different mechanics have assured me, the battery connector that we originally asked them about, it was the the problem the whole time. I paid a mechanic $40 bucks to fix it, the car starts everytime. But now I have to pay someone to fix the crazy stuff that has started happening since they started messing with it. And they refuse to do nothing, no partial refund, nothing. They are using the problems that started after they "fixed" my car, as why they shouldn't have to show customer service. The customer is always right, huh?! Big Thumbs down!
