I went to Movie Time Video on the2nd of July,i rented 12 movies 5 played 1 tore up my dvd player,so i got a brand new one,and the other 6 would not play because they were dirty and scratched,and they don't do exchanges or refunds.This was not the first time i have had a problem with them,I will never go back and i contacted the BBB.
