This credit union was mistaken...

This credit union was mistakenly put on a vehicle title as a lienholder by a previous owner. When we called to get a release in order to correct the information and get a new title, We were told that they could not comply. When we tried to find out why, we were yelled at and hung up on by Tim and Debbie. I was literally unable to fnish a sentence because they would not stop talking over me.



I spoke to several people in the business of transferring titles, and every one of them said that this credit union was acting in a ridiculous and unprofessional manner. There is no legitimate reason for them not to acknowledge in writing that they did not have a lien on this vehicle. Do not do business with a bank that exhibits such a lack of professional behavior or respect for the law.
