I pray that by now you have found a church and are serving .God uses each of us in different areas, I have been a member since 1982 and I have not seen that kind of problem there.I'm very sorry that you have had that experience ,that's not who we are, we serve our church members needs as well as the needs of people outside the church.We are all God's people and we are to serve others . I hope you have found the place where God needs you the most.

First by saying sorry for your experience there. I am here to tell you that you are wrong. I have been there all my life. I have been in the wrong and my church family accepted me as I was and to help. They have been awesome through my whole life experience to grow in Christ and live for Him. We now have a great childrens church. It is a blessing for our children that are being raised to know Christ. I also want to say that what this person has said is only because he felt that way by one person treating you that way. If it was me there you would have been overwhelmed by the greeting I would and my family would have gave you. Satan is always at work in churches but our church is still growing. I know my pastor would have never treated anyone with such a greeting nor my church family. I am not offended to this man and his wife but they obviously wanted to give a bad review. If anyone wants to know come to Eastview. I promise you will not be dissapointed. I am there even if I work that night. Yes my church family is supportive and encouraging. Through good and bad. If you need help we reach out but understand under certain circumstances. I do not know what this man and his wifes problems were and won't but sometimes you have to give things a chance, pray and wait. God bless all of you who read this! Come to eastview and I hope that man and his wife co.e back. I will be waiting for you with a greeting.

My wife and I were very upset the way we got treated at Eastview Baptist Church. Everyone here is very self-centered and think about nobody but themselves. They won't help out a friend in need but then accuse you of wrong doing if you were to request for help. When we left to find another church, we were accused of doing wrong and tearing people's lives apart by taking our children away from them. None of these people ever wanted to see us outside of church and none of them ever called us. The members will stab you in the back quicker than anything. Satan is really working overtime at this church.
