Went with my gf to buy some clothes and as we were paying The cashier must of forgot to put one of our items we purchased in our bag. We didn't notice til we got home that the item wasn't in the bag. By that time the store was closed. So we waited to the next day to go back to the store. They tell us that they will review the cameras to see if the cashier forgot or put our item in a different bag or she just simply forgot it somewhere by the counter. They tell us that they put our item in our bag.how is that possible, if it was in our bag then why would we waste our time going back to the store claiming that our item wasn't in the bag. They wouldn't even let us look the video. How can u prove to us the we indeed took the item home without letting us see the tape. Also the same pair of pants that they forgot to put in our bag was on the rack in the front counter. What a coincidence that the same pants I bought my gf are there the next day this happened. Clearly the cashier employee made a mistake and forgot or put our item in a different bag or left it on the counter. Im extremely mad at the fact that they don't want to accept accountability for the errors that their employees make. Word of advice make sure all your items are in your bag when you leave this dump.
