After a emergency waking up on Sat with no heat and it 52 degrees in my house I called Freedom heating and cooling. They sent their Tech Willie out to diagnose the problem. After he explained what was going on with my 19 yr old furnace and the question to repair or replace We decided to replace. The owner took the time to personally give me a quick call and assured me the work could be done today. We found from the owner and woman that answered our call to the extremely professional installers this company FREEDOM HEATING AND COOLING to rate 5 stars in every category without question. Thank You for making a terrible situation easy to deal with

earlier this winter my wife called me while I was just getting out of work and told me the furnace was completely dead, I pulled up a browser on my computer and Freedom Heating & Cooling was the first one to pop up near. I called them up and the man that answered the phone had the most pleasant voice and was so helpful! He immediately took down my information and immediately dispatched a tech out to my home, the tech arrived within 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of being there, it seemed that a wire was cracked due to the age of the system and he quickly fixed it and the bill was really reasonable even though he came out after hours. I am now a forever loyal customer.

I called around to a lot of other companies around the area and no other company was as reasonable in price and as knowledgable as Freedom. When they came into my home to install my new AC and furnace unit I was very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Freedom to anybody. Great price, great service, great people!

Freedom Heating & Cooling is truly an amazing company. My furnace broke down in the middle of the night, and the next day they were at my house. The price was great, and the workers are very knowledgable and very nice. All in all, the service was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone.

Another company came out to me insisting that my furnace was beyond repair and that I needed a new one. Seeing that I did not believe them(the furnace was only 10 years old), I called Freedom for a second opinion. Freedom quickly made it out to my house. They inspected the furnace and told me the problem was just a blower motor, apparently a common problem for a furnace that isn't yearly maintenanced. The technician was a very nice guy and Freedoms prices were very reasonable. I think I'll have them come out yearly for a clean and check from now on.

I very much recommend this company. I was having issues with my furnace yesterday. I called them up and they were able to come by and check my furnace within half hour. They are right in my neighborhood and they are very professional. I was charged a lot less for the service call than other co. ask for in the area. The part I needed was around $75 which was not bad and the great thing was he had the part with him and did not need to order. Thanks freedom for fixing my furnace and making my house nice and warm again. :)

I had a problem with my Air conditioning and Freedom Heating and Cooling came out and resolved the problem within no time. They were very professional and straightforward. They charged me a fair price and did solid work. I've been using Freedom Heating and Cooling for a long time and would not trust anyone else. They are the best of the best.

I am very happy with the service I recieved from Freedom.  A tech named Rick came out and he seemed very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient which is good seeing as I like to ask alot of questions.  They responded to my call faster than the last company that I used and seemed priced better to.  I will be using this company again and recommend them to others

This was a great experience for me! I have had many times where OTHER companies would show up hours late. Freedom sent out the technician on his run, when he was 15 minutes or so from my stop he called to let me know. That is one of those things you love about a place. It gave me time to get ready, no surprise visits. The technician was very knowledgeable and didn't jerk me around, he didn't throw out big phrases or try to swindle me with terms, HE WAS HONEST. This company was a real treat from the others. You get so used to companies looking to make a quick buck... you forget there are still honest ones out there... thank you freedom!
