earlier this winter my wife called me while I was just getting out of work and told me the furnace was completely dead, I pulled up a browser on my computer and Freedom Heating & Cooling was the first one to pop up near. I called them up and the man that answered the phone had the most pleasant voice and was so helpful! He immediately took down my information and immediately dispatched a tech out to my home, the tech arrived within 20 minutes and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of being there, it seemed that a wire was cracked due to the age of the system and he quickly fixed it and the bill was really reasonable even though he came out after hours. I am now a forever loyal customer.

When my furnace and AC unit had broke, I called around to a lot of other companies around the area and no other company was as reasonable in price and as knowledgable as Freedom. When they came into my home to install my new AC and furnace unit I was very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend Freedom to anybody. I know I will be spreading the word to all my friends and family about them. Great price, great service, great people!

Talk about fast and doing the job correct. Techs know what they are talking about and they were also fare with pricing. They exceeded my expectation. I usually don't write reviews but this company deserves it. Will be recommending to all my family and friends.

My furnace had been making a funny noise for about a week, then it just completely stopped working. After doing some searching on-line, I found Freedom. The person I set up my appointment with on the phone was very friendly. They were able to make it out to my house the next day. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and put on his booties before walking down to the furnace. I watched while he looked for the problem, it turned out to be my inducer motor. He showed me clearly that the part was the problem. The price to change the part was reasonable and he finished within the hour. My experience with Freedom went smooth and I plan to use them forever.

These guys get the job done and a great job at that I had received several estimates on my furnace and not only did they have the best prices they have excellence service. Need not to look any further these are honest hard working people and would not fail you. Totally would recomment them.

I was referred to by a couple of people for a good heating and and cooling company and I was referred to Freedom. I am very happy with the level of customer service and technical skills that Freedom Heating and Cooling showed. They are very honest, kind and professional. Not only do they do heating and air but other construction maintenance too that I had done to my home by Freedom. The level of construction is awesome I would highly recommend Freedom for heating cooling and construction.

Recently bought our new home. Of course inspection did not indicate an issue with the central air. After receiving a number of quotes and Freedom Heating came back with a more reasonable quote as well as EXPLAINED in detail the issue as well as gave helpful future advise to maintain our unit. I had a problem with my Air conditioning and Freedom Heating and Cooling came out and resolved the problem within no time. They were very professional and straightforward. They charged me a fair price and did solid work. I've been using Freedom Heating and cooling for a long time and would not trust anyone else. They are the best of the best.

I came home from work last week and my furnace was making a lot of noise! I looked for a company nearby and found Freedom Heating in Franklin Park.I spoke with Pete,and he sent a repairman right away. His name was Rick he was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about my furnace. Since the repair my furnace is quiet and running smooth. A+!

Freedom Heating & Cooling made a bad situation for me turn into a good one! I called several local heating and cooling company's in my area for service at 10:45 at night and hence most of my return phone calls said they could be their in 3-4 hours or in the morning. With one exception- Freedom Heating & Cooling. They were their within 30 minutes of my call. When they were out in front of my house they called me to let me know. They introduced themselves and were very polite, professional, clean cut and cleaned up after themselves. The best part of this is that the price was right. If anyone needs a heating and cooling company, I highly suggest Freedom Heating & Cooling- I know I will!!!!!

My furnace broke down and I called a HVAC Company which luckly for them I will not mention this time around. Anyways, they sent a salesmen to give me an estimate for a New Furnace. The sales guy was terrible. Tried selling me a furnace with a bunch of of other stuff which I did not need. Worst of all was the pricing. Total ripp-off. told him to leave. My neighbor recommended Freedom Heating which had installed his system, said the pricing was also resonable. I spoke to Pete and he came over right away. Gave me the same Furnace the other company offered and even included a humidifier for only a fraction of the cost. His installers put it inand had it operating in under 3 hours. They even took the time to show me how everything works. The other thing I notice is that they swept and cleaned my floor. That made my feel good inside. I would definitly use them for all my HVAC maintenance needs. Thank you Pete and of course your installers "Rick & Art" FREEDOM HEATING IS #1 in my eyes. Highly recommed to all out there.

Freedom Heating & Cooling is one of the best choices I ever made when it comes to excellent and professional serves. I called them at 8:30pm. This is after attempting numerous of times with different Companys and they were right there in my door step just a half hour later. Just as promised... Wow! Talk about being there for you. The service technician "Danny" introduced himself and made sure he explained everything in detail in what needed to be done to my furnace to get it working. Found the problem fast and had my unit running in just 20 minutes. He even threw in a coupon for a discount to my total cost. A very reasonable price in fact. I am very happy with them and will definitly use them again. Recommend them to everyone, that is if what you are looking for is the Best Serve plus Pricing available. Had my furnace replaced by Freedom Heat &Air. They did an excellent job!I'm a single mom with five boys. My furnace went out in the middle of the night. I called a few place and I received no answers. I called freedom , spoke to an answering system and someone got back to me within 5 min. They also called me when the repairman was on his way and when in front of my house. Very good service. I'm very pleased and I'm telling all my family and friends about them. Was having heater problems in the middle of a snow storm called up freedom heating and cooling and without any hesitation they came out to troubleshoot fixed my problem which heater would not stay on and preety much saved us before heat in the house was gone thanks again and greatly appreciate your guys effort! I strongly recommend for your heating and cooling needs!!

They installed a new AC unit at my house. Excellent service very prompt and professional. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to friends and family.
