They have placed tenants in three of my rental units. All of my tenants have been working out extremely well. I will recommend them to my friends. The staff is awesome.

My husband and I own a couple of rental properties in the suburbs that Real Property Management Suburban Chicago manage for us. Our property manager Anthony always does a good job at what he was hired to do like keep the property maintained and fully leased. The reason I am writing this review is we had an emergency at one of our properties and Anthony, his office staff and contractors handled a near disaster so professionally and swiftly that not only were we happy to have them in our corner but a long time tenant reached out to me and said how happy they were with RPM. I always liked working with their office but what happened and how well it was handled solidifies our commitment with continuing our relationship with Real Property Management Suburban Chicago.

Just signed a lease for a single family home in my own neighborhood. Still in school district and right in time for the new school year. I am impressed with RPM. Handled me and my pickiness, and all of my wants and needs really. I already told all my facebook friends and family about it. Moving is always a exciting thing let it be where and how you want. Go through a company that can really help you find what you want. Best move I have ever had and I know I'm safe with a management company having my back.

This has to be one of the worst run companies I have ever encountered. Anytime I requested a maintenance fix, I would get the run around from Tabitha and Anthony until I would get so frustrated I would have it done myself. If you are considering renting a property that this company manages, run far away.
