I often travel alone. I can depend on Olie's to pick me up - no matter how early or late. Drivers are always polite and helpful.

Great company. Showed up on time & driver was courteous. Opened the door for me & also put the luggage in the trunk. Gave him $20 extra by mistake which he returned. Offered free coffee & a hug!

Strongly advise not using this car service company. They kept us waiting at JFK with all sorts of "he'll be there in 3 mins...7 mins...muffler broke, sending someone else" nonsense. Then tried to charge us $105 instead of the $90 previously quoted on the phone by Debbie. When I insisted on a discount due to waiting 45 mins to be picked up the dispatcher Cindy told me "you are so focused on getting a better fare that this seems premeditated" - as though the delay was my fault and I was happy to wait in the cold at JFK with 2 screaming kids.

Ollie's is definitely not a good way to end a vacation - or start one!
