I often travel alone. I can depend on Olie's to pick me up - no matter how early or late. Drivers are always polite and helpful.

Strongly advise not using this car service company. They kept us waiting at JFK with all sorts of "he'll be there in 3 mins...7 mins...muffler broke, sending someone else" nonsense. Then tried to charge us $105 instead of the $90 previously quoted on the phone by Debbie. When I insisted on a discount due to waiting 45 mins to be picked up the dispatcher Cindy told me "you are so focused on getting a better fare that this seems premeditated" - as though the delay was my fault and I was happy to wait in the cold at JFK with 2 screaming kids.

Ollie's is definitely not a good way to end a vacation - or start one!
