They were absolutely terrible to deal with! They had my car for 3 weeks and I always had to track them down to get information on any progress. They never fixed my car fully and claimed they couldn't do anything more and I had to take it somewhere else after they screwed it up more. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone!

Took my car here after being hit and the front bumper torn off my car. The staff at Accurate were very helpful and answered all my questions. Had car towed on Friday Evening at 5pm they secured my car in locked fenced area witch I felt very comfortable with. Helped me get a rental car on property. Was called on Tuesday Morning and all information had been submitted to insurance company and had been approved for repair. They informed me that parts had been ordered and work had already started on my car. Was told that they were shooting for Friday afternoon for repairs to be finished so long as parts came in on time.



Well Guess what parts arrived apparently early because my car was ready for pick up in THURSDAY afternoon. Two days!!!!!



Did not have time until today to really take a look in the bright sunlight at the work preformed and the job is perfect!!!! you can not even tell that something had happened.



Everyone at Accurate is top notch in my opinion and works hard for your business.
