We've rented here a few times and have found that the quality of service and cars has declined.

The cars are dirty and the people working there - especially the manager are unfriendly. They also messed up our reservation three times. Once they did not have the van we reserved- when we told them we wanted the larger SUV they treated us like we could not afford it- very strange. Another time we specifically requested something with a luggage wrack and did not get it. If you use your debit card they will run a credit check on you also- very weird. The manager also treats customers differently based on the color of their skin- I've noticed this happen more than once- it is very obvious
