I've been here twice and the first experience was easily a 4.5 star experience, unfortunately the second time was 2 stars.

Its hard to tell which experience was the off day, given the other reviews seem to also be hit or miss.

The first visit we had a wonderful server, the food was delicious. They had some of the best salsa I've ever tasted and our waitress was very attentive. We left with every intention to return.

The second visit our waiter treated us like we were an inconvenience. He even tossed the receipt book at my friend rather than handing it to him. We had to flag him down when we needed anything. I can understand that sometimes you get stuck with a fill in who isn't actually a server and is in a bad mood or something. That doesn't really justify why the fish tacos were so incredibly rubbery and the rice and beans were cold.

It's unfortunate because the first experience was wonderful but I would really hesitate to return now.
