We visit this location often when shopping in the cool springs area. One particular Saturday stands out to me for the exceptional service I received. My daughter and I stopped in for lunch after a ballgame. I have never seen so many people in line in multiple lines in my life. The drive thru which is a double lane drive thru wrapped around the building. I thought to myself we would probably be in line forever. But to my surprise and delight, the lines moved VERY quickly! The young staff were pleasant, smiling and remained calm even with a store packed full. They brought our food to our table so we could go ahead and get seated. Our food arrived in no time. I did not see or hear any frustrated customers at all. I was very impressed!
