Oh my goodness, pitiful service. If you have a To Go order, don't expect anyone to bring it to you outside....or help you inside. There's no one in the To Go area except a sign saying to go to the bartender. But, the bartender is missing and other staff walk by and never offer to help or greet you. Your order will be sitting on the edge of the bar, so you'd better have correct change to leave on the bar because no one will come take your payment. Then, when you leave you will discover that your order is incomplete. Horrible service. Horrible Chili's location. Drive to Cool Springs.
