well considering i had to sit in the lobby for 3 hrs and hear every patients private information and the secretaries break HIPPA privacy regulations, i wasn't impressed at all.

Awful Experience!! Unprofessional & extremely unfriendly staff. Very hard to reach staff & doctors. Was never showed xrays, doctor spent less than 5 mins with me, but ordered all sorts of test. Run! don't walk..just run!

I had shoulder surgery in 2008 and now my 17 year old son also had shoulder surgery. Both experiences were great. This time Dr Elrod had a DVD to send home so we could watch the surgery! It was so interesting and helpful. My son is recovery well, we are in his 3rd week of recovery. The Ice Machine is a must for any surgery and well worth the money!
