i saw a lot of bad reviews for this place, so i was very skeptical about going, but so very glad that i did! The service was great, they worked with my budget without judgement, and they helped me find EXACTLY what i had been looking for $200 below my budget! My experience there was completely different than it was with the other FIVE places i had visited that day. I told my consultant, Mel, I was under a time crunch; trying to find a pageant dress 6 days before the event! My size was hard to work with, but she didn't give up when i was ready to cry. I have a size 4 figure but a size 6 bust, it was hard to find something that worked, but Davids Bridal in franklin did it!

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this store maybe six months ago or so. I came in a girl at the front desk with freckles all over her face has a horrible attitude. Seemed like she didn't want to be at work to me. She found the dress I was to try on but said the fitting rooms are back there... Didn't show me or take me to a room or give me a consultant to assist me. I said where over there because where she looked there were no rooms on that side of the store. She laughed and said no over there to the left.. I said ok.. I had to ask so many women are you in this room as I searched for a room to find. I couldn't zip my dress on my own... Had to wait and finally a lady who was so sweet helped me, however she was busy trying to assist a big party of people who came together. The girl at the front desk walked straight past me and saw me standing there alone needing assistance. This is THE WORST DAVIDS BRIDAL. each time I have gone there it's rude treatment each and everytime. I basically had to try on three dresses and had to wait and stand outside my fitting room until the consultant came back through and saw I needed assistance. If you don't want to feel unimportant or feel unwelcome please don't go here. They don't hire consultants with good hearts who really want to help you. I felt so bothered by the way the girl at the desk treated me I called my mom while up there waiting to be helped to tell her about all the rudeness. I should've left and not have bought from that store. Better yet I should have told the manager while up there how horribly I had been treated. Davids bridal is a cheap no good com pay with no values.
