Provided by SuperpagesI was in Franklin for a conference, 2 hours away from home when what I suspected was an alternator problem. Now I have AAA which has its perks too in that they brought me a battery in a Kroger parking lot that helped me get to my hotel and then to Heaven Sent, but the battery wasn't the problem. At 7:30 in the morning I called Heaven Sent and explained the problem. They said to bring it on over and they would diagnose the problem and let me make a decision from there, fix it or tow it home. The diagnosis was made in about 20 minutes -- yep, alternator. They were able to give me a close ballpark estimate barring anything weird that occurred in the process of fixing it. (I have a 20 year old car. Stuff happens to 20-year old cars.) They said it would only take 3-4 hours. Perfect! I walked over to the IHOP and the Kroger to pass the time came back and they were done -- 2 1/2 hours early! When the mechanics found out that I was traveling, they doubled up on mine and the other guys picked up the other jobs so I could get back on the road. I had already made plans to get a cab to an from my conference hotel (about $40 total). So since I didn't need to do that I spent the cab money on lunch for this Rock Star team. Super polite. Efficient/Effective staff. Quick. Sensitive to unusual situations. Very reasonable prices. My car is running like a dream and my dashboard is no longer lighting up like a Christmas tree. If you EVER need vehicle service anywhere in the neighborhood of Franklin, TN. This is the ONLY facility you should consider. On this particular Friday, they were truly Heaven Sent!
