Answer the phone! I have called three times, the call was picked up once and then hung up like I am some type of weard perp just calling to gossip! The other two calls were not answered at all. Listen THP, we respect the service you do but, WE are the ones who are responsible for your paychecks. We deserve our calls to be answered, if not by you then some type of answering machine that at least will let us leave a message. YOU get upset when you receive a non emergency call thru 911 but, what are we suppsed to do? Think about it...you are have an important question that needs to be answered,... say it's about your child and WE are the ones that are RESPONSIBLE for answering your question. You call, we hang up! You call again, we don't answer. You call for the third time and we just don't care! Get it right or give up your JOB to someone who cares!
