Honest and ethical. Excellent people to do business with. I've been calling on them for over 5 years - mostly for little things but we have had the occasional disaster. Whatever the problem, though, I can call them anytime and their techs will trouble shoot any issue we are having. All of the people at Inception are always very nice and super helpful. I highly recommend.

Just wanted to take a second to say thanks for the help. Five stars! All of Inception's staff was pleasant and I got exactly the service that I needed quickly. I will be recommending Inception to other business owners and friends. Thanks again!

The billed me for hours they did not work.

Knew nothing.

Caused problems that prolonged my issue.

Were unbelievable unwilling to discuss my dissatisfaction (hung up on me and the owner was very arrogant)

And here is the kicker, they have a lawyer on retainer to collect the money. Now any company that has a lawyer on retainer to ensure collections as the first step in collecting (and were so unwilling to work with the customer to resolve the issue), must have incidents like this happen often.

I ended up paying the bill (less about 10%, which seemed more than fair to me). Their reply was to send another letter from their attorney threatening me with legal action unless I paid (the 10% was in the neighborhood of $30).
