Had an outdoor faucet installed. No price quoted on phone. Service call charge varied from office to tech. Too pricey for amount of work.

This is a very large company whose service calls are not cheap. They are, however, available when you have an emergency and it is a relief to find a repairman. We ended up joining the service plan in order to save money on the labor portion of the bill, and that has been a good way for us to keep the heating and cooling unit maintained and cleaned. It has truly paid for itself.

Don't bother with the monthly service fee, but other than that, they've been great. We've probably paid much more in the monthly fees than we've saved.

So we got home late on Sunday from Michigan for my son's wedding and the A/C was working fine. Kathleen got up at 4 am and the temp was 8 degrees too high. I checked it out on Monday and the compressor was not running at all. Called Hiller in Nashville and the soonest they could have a tech here was Wed. between 4pm and 6pm. At the encouragement of a friend, I called the Lee Company. They could have someone here on Tuesday and would give me a 30-45 minute heads up. The 2 techs called, showed up, had it fixed within 20 minutes. Both very professional, wore shoe covers or socks inside, explained everything fully. It's 90 outside and already down to 78 inside! Awesome experience! So, if you're anywhere in Lee's coverage area, I strongly encourage that you give them a call....

Lee is a rip off

Lee Company is a rip off. They were doing semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC and I always had to leave work to meet themt o make sure they didn't "do something" to my system.



Last appointment that they came on, my wife had to be there and they sold her a starter capicaptor I didn't need for $80 and claim they put 4.5 lbs of Freon in a a system that only holds 16 lbs. The air conditioner was cooling the house fine with no problems.



They ripped me off for almost $200.

Just weeks after spending over $16,000 with the Lee Company, we called to report an emergency. Our home was flooding from the top floor, with water running through the downstairs ceiling, out of electrical outlets, phone outlets and through the thermostat. My husband stopped the water at the street and called The Lee Company at just after 10 a.m. They said they'd send someone right out. SEVEN hours later, he had to call them again, only to get the answering machine. He finally found our saleman's cell phone number on our paperwork and called him; the salesman said he would have a manager call back within 20 minutes. Over an HOUR later, no call. This kind of service, from a company that calls itself top level (and certainly charges top prices), is absolutely unacceptable. I'll be telling everyone I know about this experience and hope that others can expect MUCH better service from this company in the future. For a Christian organization, their talk seems a lot louder than their walk.
