the end of "hospitality"

Visited this MCD's today...told after ordering my familys food "water, no we do not have water, you can purchase bottled water" That sucks and I shall take my family to another fast food chain for breakfast or any other meal in the future.



Also, I reported the paper towel dispenser in the play land was not working and was told that "it has not been working for a couple of weeks", I guess they can't afford to supply paper towels. The towels in it were jammed up.



Looks like the end of hospitaltiy...at McD"s.
