Provided by YPmobileHorrible!! The product does not hold up and the service is terrible. we were told that any touch ups will cost $450 because he thinks we have a product on our floor. This is not true. Now we are left with a floor that cannot be touched up as promised. Very disappointing. We wish we would have payed a little more originally and had it refinished the right way.

Provided by YP.comWe have a 12 year old house. The hardwoods in the kitchen were dull and had minor scratches. I had seen Mr. Sandless at the home show in Nashville and decided to get an estimate. The cost was reasonable especially when compared to the sand and refinish process. Mr. Henry told me what the process would and would not do. So my husband and I decided to try it.
The two men who did the work were very professional and worked hard. There were a couple of areas on the floor that were worse than the rest of the floor. They gave this extra attention and it showed. We are very pleased with the look of the floor. It looks like a new floor. The color of the wood shows again and though we picked the satin finish, it has a beautiful sheen. Also, it has a five year guarantee. We recommend this company.

Provided by YP.comA Mr. Sandless team did some floors in my house that had been destroyed by pets over a period of many years. While it was impossible to remove all the stains, they did remove a lot of the staining and eliminated all of the odor and sealed them to prevent any odor from returning. The two men who did the work were perfect gentlemen, very polite and worked very hard the entire day. We are more than pleased with the work they did and would gladly recommend Mr. Sandless to anyone who needs their wood floors tended to.

Provided by YP.comDoug was very nice and explained everything, including what the product will not do so to avoid any disappointments/surprises before he started the work. Doug and his helper Dale were very careful in moving my furniture and in putting everything back in its place. The process was quick and pretty much odorless and with no mess, as they advertise. The floors look awesome - wish I had done it sooner. I have dealt with several contractors in the past year due to extensive remodeling in my home and they are definitely the best that I've ever dealt with. I had some discoloration in the hardwood floors where I replaced some area rugs with smaller ones and the product/process made the difference disappear. I love my floors now. I highly recommend them.

Provided by YP.comwe had a 50 year old house with hardwood floors under old carpet. we hired Mr. sandless to refinish them and to make them look new and shiny. when he arrived he took about 10 minutes and assured me and my wife that he will do as much as he can, but our floors are in bad shape and all the inperfections and stains wont come completly out (chalk one up for honesty). we figured he cant make them look worse than they already do, so we let Doug do the job. he arrived at 8:45 and was done at 5:30. when I came back home he was letting the final coat dry and allowed me to peek in. the rooms that had the least damage looked amazing and the floors that were severely damaged looks better but not flawless. I was disappointed to say the least. once we moved in our furniture and had a chance to live with them for a day or so we learned to love the "character" that the floors have, I mean its a 50 year old floor, its not supposed to look new. long story short, if you have bad floors and dont want to shell out 4 grand on a resand and have to move out of your house for a week for "new" floors, then go mr. sandless all the way. If your floors look good, just dull and worn, Mr. Sandless is an awesome alternative to sanding. I would recomend Doug and his company to my friends. I am proud of my floors and am glad I saved about 2500 bucks on new floors.
