This is a very busy collision center, cars are sometimes stacked a couple deep in the parking lot. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, with reasonable communication regarding readiness of car. Work was excellent and above what I received from a comparable insurance-claim shop.

Once I got the call from Toyota of Cool Springs my negative experience of searching for the perfect truck instantly disappeared. Ira Smith called me and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with wanting to purchase from them. When we got there we were greeted with friendly service from beginning to end. Even my fiance (who can be hard to please at times with big purchases..) was extremely impressed. Ira Smith and Tyler Gazoo (our salesmen) were there to help us with any questions or concerns and even cleaned the truck put some gas in it before we left the lot! Even our Finance Manager, Leroy Willits, was great and patient with all our questions and helped us through the paperwork process quickly and efficiently. Thank you again for the pleasant experience! We definitely recommend Toyota of Cool Springs to ANYONE looking for a new or used vehicle. We will surely come back when we are looking again.

I bought my car on March 7th. I had no intention of actually purchasing a car that day. I had an appointment with Alan Markle that morning to just test drive a vehicle. He listened to me. I told him what I had to spend. Not once did I ever feel pressured. He worked with me on getting me to price I needed. I was so nervous because I had never dealt with a car salesman and I didn't know what to expect. Alan truly did a WONDERFUL job helping me find the car I needed. He has also since my purchase, checked in on several times to make sure I am happy with my purchase. I am hoping that my friends and family are wanting new cars soon. I would recommend Alan to any one I know. He did an awesome job. I love me new Yaris. -Amanda Randolph

We purchased a 2015 Highlander from Cool Springs Toyota with the help of Alan Markle. As we say in the south, "Bless his heart", for having us as his customers. My husband and I were not quite on the same page about the purchase of a new vehicle. We were vascilating between new vs. used and had some very specific requirements for our purchase. Alan showed us 3 cars and we test drove all of them in the rain. Alan was in and out of the rain all afternoon with us. He even stood in the rain to point out the differences in each car. The whole process took approximately 5 hours. We never felt rushed or pressured into a decision. Alan answered all of our questions and provided us an opportunity to discuss our decision privately. He was available to us the whole day and if he had other customers we never knew it as we seemed to be the center of his attention. We highly recommend Alan Markle and Cool Springs Toyota

Toyota of Cool Springs have been a wonderful place to buy a car. My husband and I have bought 2 cars there. The cars are great and the sales people go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and work through the process. Our salesperson Gregory Cole even returned our rental car to Enterprise and gave us a rental car from the dealership until we could pick up our new car after the seat and car coat protection was added. We just bought our black beauty Toyota Corolla sport from this dealership. George Ashmore with his immense knowledge of all the models helped us choose the best one. I visited so many other dealerships, but this one stood out. People here listen to your needs, George in particular was very patient, professional, doesn't push you into buying, but makes sure you know what you are buying by wisely comparing your needs to the car in question. Toyota cool springs I cant say enough about them!! They are outstanding 5 star service. I just bought a Tundra from their . They are attentive,listen to my needs and always take care of me and my family. There service department is outstanding! I come in , they always have a car waiting for me so I can get right back to my Business. Jessica in rentals 5 stars, the sales team is always ready to assist in any manner, courtesy and polite. Management is always available and goes the extra mile to exceed my families expectations. Service is everything to my family and that is why I am a loyal customer, would go anywhere else! My daugter and I visited Toyota of Cool Springs to see a used car on their lot. Ethan was our sales rep and was very attentive and worked very hard to make the deal work. After much effort of trying to work with the used car (difficult trade value). he recommended a new Corolla - we never buy new cars but with the benefits he explained, discounts and features it made sense- with the warranty and all the great benefits we drove off the lot with a brand new Corolla! He even went back to help get the car ready for us to take it home. Great Service! Lauren is very happy with her new car. We will be sending referrals too. Thank you for a great experience!!! Leroy Willits in sales and Rocky Fakhouri in finance were both wonderful to work with. This was my first new car buying experience and I was nervous going into it hearing all the horror stories of car salesmen, yet with them I felt at ease almost instantly and had a great experience. The facility was kept up beautiful and clean, they had free coffee any flavor of your choice, and even had lunch catered for free. They didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot so they went and picked up the exact one I wanted the same day from somewhere else. They gave me great deals and beat all of their competitors prices. They were very knowledgable and informative. They answered all of my questions and even some I didn't know I had without making me feel stupid. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!!!!!!! I even want to go do it again!

August 1st I purchased a 2013 Rav 4 - it was almost the most pleasant experience I have ever had - EVERYBODY at the dealership treated me like family - My "buddy" for seven years plus, Sara Clemons, in the service department, set me up with J.D. Smith to inquire about my purchase. I left my 2007 Highlander with my "new buddy" John Kuykendall, in the service department, to be serviced. Sara introduced me to J.D. Smith......which is the beginning of another "new buddy." J.D. talked to me asking only two questions - Leather? and Loaded?- I said yes to both and he brought around a 2013 Rav 4 - he explained everything - we looked at others - I bought the first car - I have fallen in love with it, as I did my Highlander and before that my Camry. Sara Clemons is a JEWEL. John Kuykendall is so informative about everything to be do - and JD Smith is just unbelievable - Daniel Cox, financing, completed the "love" affair - he was fabulous!
