If you are looking for a dentist that is all about money then Taylor Made Smiles is just for you. Dr. Burton does NOT stand behind her work and she's never in the wrong! Had I read the complaints on the BBB I would never have gone to see her. I contacted my insurance company to file a grievance because the work she had done a little over a year had begun failing. I spent $8600.00 and I am in the same position I was when I started with her. The lack of "Professionalism "that she demonstrates only proves that she was in the wrong. I made the worst mistake of my life when I took my dental issues to her. She was found negligent by Delta Dental and was told to refund my money but she ( REFUSED). If you want to be treated poorly and spend a lot of money and get terrible service then I encourage you to make her your dentist

Taylor Made Smiles has such a great team. They are all very kind and make each visit fun. I�m always looking forward to coming to the office! Dr Missy has been my dentist for over 10 years!!

I can't believe going to the dentist could be so easy! I recently broke a veneer at Buffalo Wild Wings. and needed to be seen ASAP! Dr. Missy and her team sprang into action and got me an appointment the next business day, she was very thoughtful and through in explaining my options and how to proceed! I did let Suzanne talk me into 2 more crowns than I intended but after everything is placed, I understand why having them done "to frame out my smile?" was the right call. Did I mention I HATE the dentist, well maybe just what they do... Dr. Missy gave me pills the day before and that morning and I really don't remember much, they told me I was great, and everything went well! Sedation is defiantly in my future! Best decision ever, Thank you for my Amazing Smile Dr. Missy

I tried to talk to them about it but she won't take any ownership. It makes me really sad, I liked her, but now I have to find another dentist to fix the one she damaged. I spent over $5000 there last year on my mouth -- I'm disappointed and sad.

Dr. Taylor and her staff took care of me and were very professional. They took the time to make sure I was doing ok throughout the procedure having. I felt very comfortable and cared for. The hygienist, GiGi was really good and personable. Thank you to all of her staff!
