This dealership went from 5 stars to only 1 star in our eyes, due to a lender process issue that was not handled properly prior to their leadership change. Due to this issue we will not even return to have our 2015 serviced at this location.

Amazing service! Kelly did a great job with us and we couldn't be more satisfied.

My husband and I began our day at the Hickory Hollow Kia location. It was a terrible experience. Despite that we continued on to the Franklin location where we met Andrae McCarter. From the beginning he listened to us and was exceptional in every way! We intended to buy a used car but in the end bought a brand new 2014 that we love. Andrae surpassed all expectations we had. In the future we would look to buy from him again. He made it painless and fun!

Would highly recommend. Jonathan was amazing to work with. Very satisfied.

I wasn't at your dealership today, but the last time I was there (earlier this week) was to have my vehicle serviced. It went great! Love the service staff there!

I want to comment Anje, she is a pleasure to work with, a great representative for your dealership and knows her customer. She is one of the reasons that I have purchased 3 Kias since 2011.

The people are very nice. I wish that when I had low air light was on that it was taking care first time I was there... I had to bring it there one more time. It felt like the man didn't help me out. The lady was very helpful.

The salesmen and managers were so easy to deal with. The service was top notch. I felt like they went above and beyond to help put me in the vehicle I wanted right from the start. Jesse & Lyle could not have been more helpful. I would recommend Franklin Universal Kia to all my friends & family looking to purchase a new car in the future.

I had my 3000 mile service. The service department was outstanding as always. Anja always has a smile and gets you in and out VERY quickly but doesn't skimp on the services performed. That why I keep going back.

I really wanted to comment on service dept because that is why I was there. Anja (not sure spelled right) but I think that is her name....She is GREAT!! She remembers me every time I am in for service. She is kind, honest and never leaves me feeling pressured. She is good about emphasizing what needs to be done and what can wait.No one likes doing service or oil changes but if she is working, I know its a quick smooth process! She is great!!

Billy, Tim & Vince were all great. They went out of their way to help us despite our financial situation and credit problems. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

I had service on my Kia Sorento. The recalls were fixed quickly and the service was great. I was in and out within an hour which seemed quick and efficient!
