Excellent! - I was highly satisfied with my experience at the Walk-In Clinic on McEwen Drive in Franklin, TN. Great Front Desk Staff and my Nurse and Doctor Shackleford were the best. It was a quick check in and very short wait on a Monday visit at noon. The parking lot looked full but there was only a few people waiting to see a doctor.

I just received a bill from Vanderbilt Health and Williamson Medical Center Walk-In Clinic.  For a 10 minute visit to check my daughter's ear to see if she had an ear infection and then to be given a prescription for ear drops, I was charged $252.00.  When I called their billing department to question the bill, I was told that this was the lowest amount that they were able to charge new patients and that they could not reduce it any further.  When did health care costs become this outrageously high?  This wasn't even the emergency room, this was a walk-in clinic.  If one of my children breaks an arm and has to go to the emergency room, will I owe Vanderbilt my house?

The Vanderbilt Walk In Clinics are wonderful and this Cool Springs location is no exception. They are fast and always have a physician on staff and x-ray capability.
