Love my new Equinox. Worked out details over the phone. I showed up, test drove vehicle and signed paperwork in less than 90 minutes.

I normally go to Freeland Chevrolet. However, those days are long gone. The Used car manager Rob came out and you could tell he was not a salesman. He was just meek and helpful. They gave me a very fair deal and we both won.

I always have my car serviced here. They have a great waiting room and service is always really fast and efficient.

I was headed out of town when my check engine light came on. I called and they were completely booked but they had me come in anyway. Turns out it was just gas cap issue. 30 minutes later I was back on the road.

The people at Walker came through for me AGAIN !!! I just purchased my 2nd vehicle here and this is the first dealership that gave me a fair value for my trade. Very happy I have no negative equity.

My sales rep Jonathan Gardner was awesome. Professional yet personal and not pushy at all.



I have bought 12 new and used cars over the years. This dealership is over 4 hours from my home in a different state. The customer care is beyond perfect.



Everyone from the Owner, Service Manager, Finance and everyone else is nothing short of professional and truly cares for their customers.



Let me put it this way. If my front windshield needed to be cleaned, I would drive the 4 1/2 hours one way to Walker Chevrolet, ask them to clean it and drive back 4 1/2 hours home.



When I am in the need of another vehicle, I will drive to Walker Chevrolet and buy from them, no matter what state I live in.

This dealerships service department is awful every time I take anything there for oil change with an appointment it takes several hours if not days just for a simple oil change your better off going to a quick lube or shade tree mechanic
