On January 6 we came there the girl set us. The waitress came over and took our drink order and then she brought our drinks and the she took our food order. We had been sitting there almost and hour before I ask to see the manager. Before I had ask for the manager the waitress at walkby the table three times. She didn’t say anything about dish break or anything in the back. The manager came over and said something happen in the back. But I know it was a lie because he was happen the waitress get other people drinks out. This was the worst experience every there. When Applebee’s first open in franklin it was the spot to be at. But now it is ran very poorly.

i love this applebeesa because they are so friendly polite and always have great food.we have been to other applebees they ran out of all great food.i recomand this applebees to anyone instead of all the others!yall are great!
