I called numerous places because I'm in an out of state wedding this year, and the bride is getting our dresses from a independent shop, so I needed my measurements. David's bridal told me that they wouldn't do my measurements at all because we weren't purchasing our dresses from them, and Eva's Bridal told me they would charge me $15. I called Dawn and she was extremely helpful and told me to stop by and she would take care of it. I have yet to go to her, but customer service like that is extremely rare!

i brought in 2 jackets to have sleeves shorten and they were 25.00 each and she thought it was reasonable WOW ! now i go to a tailor shop on the southside same work , friendly and he charges only 17.00 shop around.
