Joshua Haase and his crew did an outstanding job with my driveway. He heard what I wanted, explained how it will all work, and educated me of the process, pitching, care, and so on.
They worked well with neighbors too to ensure everything was done respecting the property line.

The finished product is outstanding. Timeliness of the work is superb. While I had to wait few months for the job to start, it was totally worth it.

I was selling a house and had a concern with the foundation. Hasse & Sons were recommended. I called them and they came out, inspected my foundation and found no issues. I was prepared to have to spend a lot of money. They easily could have come up with some problem and charged me thousands. They are honest and care about their work. I would definitely hire them.

Purchased a 1920s home in Bayview that probably had water issues since 1940. Josh and his team installed interior drain tile around the entire basement with a new sump pump and exterior grading. Two days and everything was done. I immediately noticed the improved basement conditions. This was the right fix and has a 20 year warranty. I will have him back for exterior concrete work.

We are very pleased with the whole process starting with Joshua's recommendations for our basement wall repairs through to the beautiful patio replacement. Very impressed with the politeness of the crew and the quality of their work. We were impressed with the promptness and how they advised us every morning as to what they were going to do, and in the evening they showed us what they did and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work done. Josh impressed us with his knowledge and we were very comfortable around him and how he walked us through everything that was going to be done and he is willing to work with you. We liked him as he was not pushy and I was glad he removed my SKI HILL!!!!!

My neighbor recommended Haase & Sons after he did their basement. She had done a lot of research and got several estimates and was very happy with Haase & Sons. I called Josh for an estimate and he came within a day to do the estimate. He was very thorough with his explanation and I never felt pressured or that he was trying to sell me something. He referred to some established standards for basement repair that I could even find on the Franklin City website that describes what is acceptable for certain basement problems. I still called two more basement companies to ensure that I could get the best price for the best work. The one company that came in lower I felt was "cutting corners". This is an expensive job and I only wanted to do it once. Josh's company is very comparable in price to the other established companies but I think he does more work for the price! He was very reachable during the entire process, I met all of the workers, I felt that my house and belongings were safe and well cared for, and he did the job exactly as he stated and in a little less time than he first anticipated. He also left my yard looking BETTER than it had looked previously! He answered other questions I had about my sump pump and other items even though he wasn't working on those. I never felt stupid or rushed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAASE & SONS!!!!!!!!!

I was referrd to Joshua Haase by a contracting firm and a realtor for water in my basement. Joshua quickly evaluated the problem to be an outdoor drain pipe and suggested a solution. When trying that solution did not work, he came back and offered to fix the problem correctly without any charge. My fear initially was being told major wall work had to be done. Joshua started with the basic solution and did not try to oversell me something the home did not need. I would highly recommend him and his company.

I was referred to Haase by a co-worker. I set up our first visit and estimate with him on 4/20/13. During the estimate he sugested that an egress widow be installed as part of his work because he was to have the rear of the house exposed and it would be a very minimal cost to add it, and we are glad we did. By doing so, we have effectively made our 3 bedroom house into a 4 bedroom house. We signed the contract and it had a start date of 6/20/13. He contacted me the week before the scheduled start date and said he would be there on the scheduled day to start the job. He and his crew showed up on time, did everything he promised us. They did a great job, both on the project as well as with the clean up after the completing the job. It has been almost 4 months since he completed the job and not 1 drop of water in my basement since he was here. I would, without hesitation, use him again, as well as recommend him to anyone I know.

I had several contractors look at my basement and give me quotes on installing drain tile, a sump pump, new sink (and getting rid of the old one), and laying a new concrete floor. Right off the bat, Josh Haase was above the rest in knowledge, professionalism, and pricing. Haase & Sons was an easy choice. They finished up the job in less time than I expected, they kept the house clean, and the finished job looks great. I'm already planning on hiring them again for another project on my home.

Their price was very reasonable. They were wonderful. They came out right when they said they would, were prompt, did everything they said they would, and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

My husband and I listed our home for sale with a realtor. We had our first open house on Sunday. We had a couple interested in our home that same day. We had some step cracks with our basement walls. The couple asked us about the step cracks and said if this was not a problem that they were interested in writing an offer. My husband and I told our realtor that there was no foreseen problem. The basement looked that way when we purchased the house, 12 years ago. We decided to take this matter one step further and seek a basement specialist's advise. We were shocked to find out that there was a problem with our basement walls. So we sought estimates to repair our walls in our basement. After searching, we decided to hire Mr. Haase to repair our basement walls. We were so pleased that he was able to start the job in a short time. We explained to Mr. Haase that we needed to get this job done as soon as possible, so we could get our home back on the market. We are building a new home and needed to sell our home as quickly as possible. My husband and I were very upset when we had to take our home off the market to fix this problem. Mr. Haase made our life so much easier! His prompt service, expertise, and all his knowledge made everything so relaxing that we had no more worries. We were overwhelmed that we found such a professional gentleman like Mr. Haase. All his work was done in a timely manner, and we were amazed that he left the jobsite immaculate. After getting several estimates I chose your company because of your honesty, integrity, patience shown to me while explaining every detail of the proposed job. I was most impressed also while you were doing the job. Everything was cleaned up on a daily basis and when you completed the job one would never have known you were there. I hired Mr. Haase & Sons to remove a cracked driveway and patio and replace them with new concrete. Although the job was done in a fast and professional manner, three slabs cracked over the winter and parts of the remaining concrete look like they are deteriorating. Knowing nothing about concrete, I would say it was a bad batch that was poured because I saw that Mr. Haase and his crew worked very hard and diligently at the task . As of this date, however, I wish I would not have gotten the driveway and patio replaced because it looks in worse shape than before. I am a senior citizen widow who at this time cannot call in another contractor to have the driveway and patio once again replaced and the last time I spoke with Mr. Haase he agreed to get back to me with a resolution answer. That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. It looks like I will have to take more drastic measures in obtaining a solution. Even though his work ethics are excellent, his promises and follow-thru are not. Because of this, I would not hire Haase & Sons concrete contractors again.
