New ownership want help and make your car running better

Worst shop in the world. Steven gorley and Casey Alford told me they’d fix the problem I had with my car they came out at 11am they said they needed money for the part ($150 to be exact) and then spent the whole day doing God knows what while leaving me waiting. By 8pm I called Casey and he said he was just coming back to finish up I told him to forget it I just wanted my money back. They ran up to my driveway grabbed there tools and drove off with my money and no work being done whatsoever. Then when I asked for the money back they obviously didn’t have it (probably spent on dope) I went up to the shop multiple times knocked on there doors and i could here them in the house and they blatantly ignored me. Wouldn’t trust anyone at dg performance as far as I could throw them. Casey Alford one of the partners at DG is know for multiple scams which I found out after the fact on the Wake forest Community information page on face book. That was 2 months ago and I still have yet to get my money back.

Many years of dealing with this garage and they stand behind their work, if your not happy they won't stop until you are happy!
