Would absolutely not use this ...

Would absolutely not use this company again and definitely do not recommend them. I would give them a negative rating if I could.

They didn't complete all of the work that was specified and I had to call the company to make sure it got done. Their installation crew damaged an ornamental Japanese maple tree and they refused to reimburse us for it. We did not pay for their crew to clean up and we know drywall installation in and of itself is messy, but these people left the house a disaster. They put their ladders against the drywall and gouged it in many places so the painter will have to fix it; they mixed their compound IN THE HOUSE and left a watery mess; they dripped compound on new kitchen cabinets and newly tiled floors and left the mess; they spilled a large amount of screws on the stairs and just left them - basically the house was a complete mess when they left.

I found out from several contractors who worked on the house subsequently that they are hearing bad things about this company everywhere they go. One of them actually had equipment stolen by the Viking crew on another job. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

AWFUL COMPANY DONT DO BUSINESS WITH

My builder hired this company to do the drywall and compound in my whole house. We showed up to the property the day the compound was delivered to the house by their delivery guy that works with the company and noticed the front door was damaged. I immediately contacted the company explaining that I was upset the brand new mahogany door was damaged and they were defensive right from the start.

When I eventually talked to the owner regarding the issue he stated he talked to his guy and didn't admit to doing anything to the door. Now the damage to the wood door isn't all that bad but needed to be touched up by a professional. There are two small scratches about the same height as the buckets are when you are carrying them by the handle.

The company would not take responsibility for touching the door up and in fact the same day came back when no one was at the house and took all of their compound and nails out. When the builder finally realized they had done this he contacted me. I contacted the company and asked what was going on. They said they are now going to pass on doing the job because they aren't going to pay for the door and don't want to somehow become responsible for paying for it after they start the job.

Ultimately they knew the builder would hold out money at the end of the job because this company damaged the door. They tried to blame it on the insulators carrying fluffy insulation into the house?!?!?! The company is terrible to deal with. They never call back when they say and its usually days later. The office people are never there or never relay messages to have people call back unless its regarding a new job and getting a quote.

All in all the company is unethical and wouldn't recommend them to anyone that is looking to have drywall installed professionally and without hassle. I have a brother that does plaster in Massachusetts and said they always cover things you dont want damaged. This company didn't do that. BEWARE
