I have used Butler Windows for three consecutive years and have been pleased every time they have come to do work in my house. They are very quick and thorough.

Great service. Fine young men. We are selling our house and with a tip from Butler Window Washing (to remove all of the screens while showing the home) our house is full of light and should be easy to sell. The windows look very clean

David Willamson came to me and asked to clean my windows I had just ought the house and I thought that they could use a good washing. I asked him if the company is license and insured, he said yes . He and another young man came out and started cleaning the windows. I was unpacking boxes etc. I walked by some custom windows in my living area and saw David scrubbing them with steel wool and I saw many scratches I called to him and said you are scratching the windows. He said yeah, I think it has tint on then and I scratched it off. He said he would take care of the repairs of the window. He stopped cleaning that window . Shortly after I look up and the other young man was scratching the other window. I called to David and said now he is scratching the other window. David said Oh, I did not tell him not to use steel wool on those windows. David felt bad and said I am not going to charge for hat we did because I know we will owe you money. David said he would get back to me. He called a few days later and told me he has a way to take the scratches off my windows, could he come and try it. I told him yes. David came out spent 4 hours trying to get the scratches out. The window looked better after he did the work, but there were still scratches you could see especially when the sun hits the windows. Ty Butler came by he is an older but still young man. At first they were nice but once I told them they need to replace the window they started being rude and said my house is old and its not a big deal. Then they said they were so dirty that I just did not notice the scratches before. I told them you are 2 young men and want to have a business you have to take responsibility for your mistakes. I was told that they would take care of it. They have not. They won't answer our calls or return our messages. I called a window repair company and a man came out he told me the window is a type of plastic that is used in some windows. He said some of the scratches were surface scratches and that's why some came off but he said the deeper ones he sees will not come off with anything. He also told me you never use steel wool on any window surface. That Butler cleaning needs to educate themselves more before they start damaging peoples property. The last I heard from David he wrote a letter and put $165. with the letter in my mailbox and told me that was what he thought my window is worth and that his insurance won't pay for my window because it is made out of plastic. The cost for replacing my windows, the same product is$1,670. The last time I talked to David I asked him the name of his insurance company that I wanted to talk to them. I told him your insurance company should replace anything you damage in your business . If you drop a ladder on a car or for any other damage. I wonder if they even have insurance..Day after cleaning I looked at their work. They were to clean screens and put them on, they were to clean the woodwork around the windows and window sills. They did not clean all the windows that they said they would. sliding door tracks, sills, and screens were not all clean. They did not put up all the screens, they said they could not. All they had to do was remove 1 screw and the handle would come off and it was not difficult to put them in. I give them a poor rating for their work. What they did do was okay. Some places I think they just skipped over. I would not hire them because they said they would pay to replace my window and they aren't willing to take care of the damaged they caused. They are not a responsible business .
